Pay:

You'll coordinate between vendors, project managers, and field crews to ensure that plumbing and mechanical systems are delivered on time, on budget, and up to spec.
Your key responsibilities:
Request and evaluate vendor quotes; ensure accuracy of pricing and invoicing Assemble full submittal packages and manage revisions Apply for plumbing and mechanical permits; schedule inspections File and organize documentation for active jobs Track material lead times and schedule deliveries to align with project milestones Communicate with the jobsite foremen and the shop manager for materials and logistics Maintain pricing history and bulk-shop commodity materials Identify and verify incoming materials at the shop Approve invoices using Docuware Compile close-out documents, including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-builts
