For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com What Youll Do Design and develop HVAC and mechanical building systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial projectsPrepare construction documents, plans, specifications, and calculationsPerform heating and cooling load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selectionCoordinate designs with architects, electrical engineers, and project stakeholdersUtilize Revit and AutoCAD to develop detailed 3D models and drawingsSupport projects through all phases, from concept design to construction administrationEnsure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field5+ years of HVAC/mechanical design experience in an MEP consulting environmentProficiency in Revit (MEP) and working knowledge of AutoCADStrong understanding of HVAC systems, piping, ventilation, and building systems designAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtainExperience with commercial, healthcare, education, or public-sector projectsFamiliarity with ASHRAE standards and local code requirements
