BMS/HVAC
control systems (Schneider EcoStruxure preferred) Configure points, graphics, alarms, schedules, and histories Troubleshoot field devices, VFDs, network communication (BACnet/IP, Modbus, Ethernet) Review MEP drawings and develop/modify control sequences Execute point-to-point testing, functional testing, trend validation Work with facility teams, contractors, and vendors Document redlines, as-builts, and support ticket updates Mentor junior techs (especially in senior roles) What You Bring 3-7+ years controls/BAS experience Understanding of HVAC systems: AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH Ability to read and modify controls schematics Networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, IP configuration) Strong communication + troubleshooting mindset Nice To Have Data center / 24x7 mission-critical systems PMS/EPMS or energy analytics experience Schneider EcoStruxure, Niagara N4 certifications Pay & Positioning Controls Engineer (Mid-Level): $75,000•110,000+
Senior Controls Engineer:
