Title HVAC Design Engineer - MEP Building Systems (Revit | Load Calculations) Call/Text for immediate consideration: 667-231-8274 Cindy Jackson What This Role Is (read this first) This is a design-focused mechanical engineering role within an MEP consulting environment , working on HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings. •This is NOT a maintenance, facilities, or installation role. What You'll Actually Do Design HVAC systems for building projects (schools, civic, commercial) Perform load calculations and energy modeling (Trace, HAP, ComCheck or similar) Develop layouts and construction documents in Revit Work directly with architects and project teams Support projects from design through completion What You've Likely Been Doing Working at an MEP consulting or building design firm Designing HVAC systems (not servicing or installing them) Using Revit and load calculation tools regularly Contributing to commercial or institutional building projects Must-Have Experience HVAC system design in building design / MEP environment Experience with load calculations (Trace, HAP, ComCheck or similar) Experience with Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD-based design workflows ~5-10 years of experience Nice to Have PE license (or working toward it) Experience with commercial / civic / educational projects Ability to mentor junior staff
