Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) Full-Time | Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) Join a leading engineering consultancy delivering complex, high-performance building systems across mission critical, life sciences, and commercial sectors. We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to lead design, manage projects, and mentor teams across full project lifecycles. What You'll Do Lead HVAC/mechanical design and system calculations Manage projects from concept through construction Serve as a key client contact Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams Mentor junior engineers and support team growth Oversee QA/QC and ensure high-quality delivery What We're Looking For 4+ years in MEP mechanical design PE license preferred Strong HVAC design and project management experience Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC tools (HAP, Trace, etc.) Experience on complex projects (mission critical, healthcare, labs, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills Why Join?
