Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing Design) Hybrid (2 Days Remote) | 💰 $100,000-$135,000+ About the Opportunity Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of industrial and academic projects while collaborating with a boutique engineering firm known for strong client relationships and a high percentage of repeat business. What You'll Do
- Design HVAC and plumbing systems for industrial, academic, and commercial facilities.
- Prepare engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Perform site visits, field investigations, and project assessments.
- Support projects through design, permitting, bidding, and construction.
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist with project management, scheduling, and client communication. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design.
- Strong HVAC and plumbing design experience.
- PE license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
- Knowledge of building codes and engineering standards.
