Job Description

Growing full-service engineering firm has an opening for a Mechanical Lead Engineer with building systems design (government, higher education and workplace preferred but not a requirement) experience. Direct-hire position (hybrid) with excellent bonus potential!
Duties:
Provide and delegate work to design team Provide guidance to designers on mechanical issues Ensure designs meet scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements Work with Project Manager to complete projects in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Associate degrees will also be considered) Strong communication skills and ability to lead people Ability to assess and analyze systems and develop multiple design options Building systems design experience required Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification a plus
Salary:
$110-155K
