Do you enjoy owning your work, collaborating with great teams, and seeing projects through from concept to construction? If so, TETER is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our growing Mechanical Engineering Team. The Role As a Mechanical Project Engineer at TETER , you'll lead the design and delivery of HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide range of building types. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop practical, efficient, and codecompliant solutions-while mentoring junior staff and helping projects stay on track. Project Engineer level (I or II) is based on experience, capabilities, and project complexity. What You'll Do Design and lead HVAC and plumbing systems from early design through construction Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and consultants Guide production of construction documents and support QA/QC efforts Support construction with RFIs, submittals, and site visits Mentor junior engineers and drafters and support team development What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, or ability to obtain within 6 months via reciprocity Experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for buildings Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit experience strongly preferred) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Why TETER? CompensationBenefits Annual Salary Range:
$105,000 - $140,000 (Actual pay will be based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.)
