Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid office/remote role for a Senior Mechanical Designer based in Tampa, FL. The Senior Mechanical Designer will be responsible for developing detailed technical drawings, designing and optimizing mechanical systems and machinery, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and project management. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing project specifications, troubleshooting design challenges, and ensuring design compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Occasional travel to out of county and/or state projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or at least 10 years' experience in mechanical and plumbing design Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Revit software applications Coordination experience with clients (project requirements & status updates) and regulatory agencies (permitting requirements) Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations for mechanical design Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Current driver's license; eligible to work in United States without company sponsorship Ideal Candidate Healthcare/AHCA experience Strong Plumbing Systems Design skills Project Management experience Expert REVIT, Auto
