We are a well-known HVAC distributor, helping contractors and dealers with top brands since 1952.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time job based in the Tennessee region. You will usually work during regular business hours, but sometimes you may need to adjust your schedule to meet project deadlines and help our contractors.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
Each day, you will work with customers to help start and support commercial HVAC projects around the region. You will help contractors and dealers pick the right equipment, answer questions, and develop project plans. You will prepare price quotes, write proposals, bid on jobs, and keep track of how projects are going to make sure everything matches the plans and blueprints. You will talk with engineers, contractors, architects, and developers to promote our products. You will also help with design-build and special projects, give quick and accurate quotes, and offer technical support to both customers and your team. As you work, you will find new business opportunities and help grow our market by working on projects like rooftop replacements, multi-family buildings, and other commercial jobs.
HVAC SALES ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of HVAC sales, estimating, or commercial HVAC experience Experience reviewing blueprints, mechanical schedules, and project specifications Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and equipment selection Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Estimating or quoting experience preferred. A mechanical engineering or related technical degree is also a plus!
