HVAC MANUFACTURER.

Reports and works from office in Dallas -Fort Worth, TX This is a high-growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding mechanical services company. The role focuses on selling HVAC service-based projects including equipment replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades within the DFW market. Strong emphasis on relationship building, identifying opportunity in the field, and closing revenue- generating work. Compensation - Base salary up to 130K depending on experience Top performers are earning up to $500K+ annually 3-month training and ramp-up period to build pipeline and gain traction Additional Perks $900/month vehicle allowance Fuel card provided $75/month phone allowance
