Salary:

Work on diverse, high-impact projects across commercial, mixed-use, and specialty sectors Be part of a fully integrated design team across architecture, engineering, and planning Strong mentorship environment with clear path to PE Collaborative culture that actually values ideas and input from junior engineers Competitive compensation, full benefits, and long-term growth opportunities Job Details Responsibilities - + Support design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of project types + Assist in preparing construction documents, drawings, and specifications + Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection + Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines + Participate in design meetings and contribute to project discussions + Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed + Ensure designs align with applicable codes, standards, and client expectations Qualifications - + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering + EIT certification (or actively working toward it) + 0-3 years of experience in MEP or building systems design + Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems + Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools + Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset + Desire to grow into a licensed PE and take on increasing responsibility Interested in hearing more?
