Position:
BAS Engineer -
Dallas, TX Summary:
The BAS Engineer is responsible for the design, programming, commissioning, and support of building automation systems for commercial facilities. The engineer works with project teams to deliver efficient HVAC and energy management solutions while ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
Develop BAS control strategies and sequences of operation Configure and program DDC controllers Create system graphics, alarms, trends, and reports Perform startup, testing, and commissioning activities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network communication issues Prepare project documentation and as-built drawings Provide technical support to customers and field personnel
Required Skills:
BAS/DDC programming experience HVAC controls knowledge BACnet, Modbus, and IP networking AutoCAD or Visio proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Pay:
$44.90 - $64.07 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
