Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Detailer (VDC/BIM) to join our team in Magnolia, TX. This is a full-time, in-office position for a detail-oriented professional with strong plumbing detailing experience and advanced BIM/VDC capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing fabrication-ready plumbing models and drawings and be highly proficient in Revit , Navisworks , Shop Drawings , and Spool Drawings . Key Responsibilities Develop detailed plumbing system models using Revit . Produce accurate Shop Drawings , Spool Drawings , and installation-ready fabrication documents. Perform clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks . Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and trade partners to ensure constructible and efficient system layouts. Support prefabrication efforts through detailed spool and fabrication drawings. Maintain high-quality BIM standards, model accuracy, and project documentation. Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Plumbing Detailing, BIM, or VDC. Advanced proficiency in Revit (Required). Strong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and trade coordination. Proven experience producing Shop Drawings and Spool Drawings for fabrication and installation. Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction methods, codes, and industry standards. Ability to work independently and contribute immediately to active projects. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Field experience in plumbing or related mechanical trades. Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, or mission-critical projects. Familiarity with prefabrication workflows and installation sequencing. Experience with process piping or high-tech facility projects is a plus. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
