HANGCHA AMERICA SMART LOGISTICS SOLUTION CORPORATION

(HASL) is looking for a AGV Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer to help grow our AGV business in the U.S. market. What you'll do Responsible for on-site AGV/AMR project implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support Perform equipment testing, system debugging, and issue diagnosis during project deployment Provide technical support and communicate effectively with customers and project teams Assist with preventive maintenance and operational support for deployed systems Work closely with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery Travel to customer sites as required based on project needs What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields Strong hands-on skills and willingness to work in industrial/site environments Basic knowledge of electrical systems, networking, automation, or mechanical systems Good communication skills in both English and Chinese preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during project implementation phases Strong learning ability, positive attitude, and long-term career mindset Interest in AGV/AMR, intelligent logistics, warehouse automation, or industrial robotics industries Previous AGV/AMR, automation, or field service experience is a plus Preferred qualifications Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, sensors, or robotics systems Familiarity with warehouse automation or logistics systems Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical/mechanical systems Ability to read electrical or mechanical drawings is preferred Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. as required by business needs
