What You Do The Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of all machinery and equipment within the organization. This position involves performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for contributing to the overall reliability, safety, and performance of equipment. Requirements Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs throughout property. Create and implement maintenance procedures to optimize equipment reliability and performance. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, downtime, and repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime. Oversee the repair and replacement of building components, ensuring the use of proper tools and equipment. Collaborate to source necessary replacement parts and materials. Implement modifications and upgrades to existing systems to improve reliability and performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Conduct safety assessments and implement necessary modifications to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance schedules, challenges, and improvements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements This role may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work in varying environmental conditions and occasionally lift heavy equipment or materials is essential. •

Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
