Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role is crucial to ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance practices. Duties Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery, including hydraulic systems and low voltage electrical components. Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze schematics and blueprints to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively. Collaborate with teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company standards. Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in working with logic controllers and hydraulics. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on analyzing issues systematically. Experience working with low voltage electrical systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
