$60,000
  • $75,000 Salary, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through
Friday Hours:

Emerald Aire Bonus Program What You Will Be Doing:
Involved with all facets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other team members. Review submittals for completeness and compliance with drawings. Processes submittals and keep project team apprised of schedule needs. Work closely with Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads through the duration of the project.
RFI's:
review, write, log, submit and track. Understand scope of design change documents. File project documentation. Understand schedule needs of the project and communicate such with subcontractors and suppliers. Assemble O&M manuals. Job site visits to ensure projects are on track, about 1 time per month
What We Are Looking For:
Construction Management or Engineer Degree is a plus, but not required Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn Honesty, integrity, reliability. Someone that does what they say they are going to do Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members Creative problem-solving skills The ability to prioritize and multitask Solutions oriented Great organizational skills Basic understanding of the construction industry and familiar with basic HVAC related concepts
