UPC, IPC, IBC, ASPE
standards, LEED Water Efficiency, TDSHS, FGI, and NFPA. Proficiency in Revit for developing design drawings and 3D models of plumbing and piping systems preferred. Ability to deliver high-quality work within established schedules and budgets. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment. Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels. Experience managing project discipline teams of 3+ engineers on medium to large projects, including delegation & review of work of others, and managing team's effort to meet a stated budget. Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting. Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges. Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Navisworks.Other / Preferred
Qualifications Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, orASPE CPD
(Certified in Plumbing Design) in the U.S. Strong foundation in plumbing engineering fundamentals.
