Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

As a Mechanical Engineer , you will lead the technical development, documentation, and performance optimization of HVAC systems across a range of existing buildings and future projects. This role combines engineering design expertise with strong analytical and coordination skills to ensure systems are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Job Duties:

Perform load calculations and design HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipment selection Analyze system performance and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency, occupant health and comfort Draft and refine detailed sequences of operations for HVAC systems, ensuring clarity and alignment with design intent and control strategies Evaluate manufacturer submittals for HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements Develop and maintain long range planning for the life cycle of building mechanical systems

Qualifications:

$72,000.00 - $115,300.00 per year
