HVAC CAD/BIM

Modeler / Coordinator to support design, coordination, and fabrication modeling for commercial HVAC systems. There are several opportunities to learn and grow within the organization while working with teams that are determined to succeed. 🔧 What You'll Do Create and maintain 2D drawings + 3D BIM models (ductwork, piping, equipment) Develop fabrication-ready models and shop drawings Coordinate with PMs, foremen, and engineers to reflect real-world conditions Participate in BIM coordination/clash detection meetings Update models based on RFIs, change orders, and design updates Support prefab, estimating, and layout workflows ✅ What You Bring 2+ years of HVAC drafting or BIM modeling experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems (duct layout, equipment, coordination) Experience with AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit MEP Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills ⭐ Preferred Fabrication CADmep, Navisworks, BIM 360 experience SMACNA standards knowledge Field or coordination experience with HVAC systems Prefab or point cloud/laser scan exposure 💰 What's Offered Competitive salary (DOE) 100% paid health, dental, vision 401(k) + match PTO + holidays Stable, growth-oriented team Must-Haves ☐ 2+ years HVAC drafting or BIM modeling experience ☐ Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit MEP ☐ Experience with ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts ☐ Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications ☐ Strong attention to detail and coordination skills ☐ Ability to work in a team environment Our client has is ready to hire now - Don't wait and NOW!
