Oral Exam:

(Weight 100%): Will be conducted for the purpose of appraising the applicant's training, education, experience, interest and personal fitness for the position. The Human Resources Division may solely conduct an appraisal of application materials should there be an insufficient number of candidates to warrant an oral examination. Applicants must attain at least a 70% score on each phase of the examination process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management or directly related field. OR Two years of experience sufficient to obtain the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as an Engineering Aide.

OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to obtain the knowledge and skills to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
