Cascade Engineering Technologies- Engineering Technician Pay :
$65,000-$75,000 per year

We specialize in metrology-based machining of Ti and Inconel based castings, Inconel forgings and aluminum plate serving both commercial and defense sectors globally. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineer Technician to join our team and uphold the highest standards of quality assurance in all our operations.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support our engineering and manufacturing teams by developing and maintaining clear, effective work instructions. This role is essential in ensuring consistent and optimized manufacturing processes through accurate documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data to create detailed work instructions. Collaborate with manufacturing team members to understand processes and incorporate best practices. Observe production processes and take photographs to accurately document steps and tooling. Continuously improve and optimize work instructions based on feedback and process changes. Ensure all documentation aligns with company quality and safety standards. Assist in the implementation of engineering changes and process updates. Requirements Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with photo documentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
