Differential Schedule:
3rd Shift | 11:00 PM•7:15 AM | Sunday•Thursday Requirements:
Associate's degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience in a similar background (performing hands-on debugging, validation, and system-level failure analysis of next-generation server and rack systems within a high-mix, high-ambiguity manufacturing environment)
Demonstrated technical skills that may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or lead/guide other employees
Strong ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures, present information, and respond to questions from managers and customers
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering teams, contribute to documentation, and monitor equipment productivity while adhering to safety guidelines
Troubleshot and repaired complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level
Installing and configuring infrastructure, including servers, racks, switches, and other hardware, including liquid cooling, power
Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel
This position requires advanced technical skills and the ability to provide guidance and training to other technical personnel
Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates
Presents training, when necessary, to the new build and service assembler teams
Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications, and other device history documents
Helps monitor the productivity of our equipment by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates
Assists with the installation, debugging, and validation of Test equipment
Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to the supervisor
Develops and maintains the Debug Guide to troubleshoot the PCBA
Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians
Assist with the development and delivery of customer presentations and interface with customers.
Partner with engineers on outside third-party developments
Organize documentation (specifications, schematics, and procedures).
Perform tests per customer specifications and requirements. Benefits Offered by our Client:
