Our client, a leading aerospace and avionics engineering organization, is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Qualification Testing and Verification & Validation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and clear communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

$65/hour What's the Job? Plan and execute environmental and EMI qualification tests on avionics hardware Perform validation and verification (V&V) testing for electronic systems Prepare detailed test reports to support regulatory compliance (FAA and others) Identify and communicate non-compliance issues to cross-functional teams Support product certification and collaborate with engineering teams on testing improvements What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 6+ years of experience in hardware or product engineering Experience with environmental and/or EMI testing for avionics Familiarity with
DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810
