Space Force Test Engineer

Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Space Force Test Engineer position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will support highly classified Space Force programs focusing on the testing and evaluation of complex systems, products, and specialized devices in a defense and aerospace environment. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and improving test strategies to ensure system performance, reliability, and mission readiness. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience.

Pay:

$86.63/hour

CLEARANCE

Department of Defense Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire In this role you will use your technical and interpersonal skills to: Plan and execute test strategies for new systems, products, and specialized devices Develop test and diagnostic programs, procedures, and technical specifications Design and implement test fixtures, tools, and supporting equipment Support system integration, verification, validation, and qualification testing Analyze test results, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with engineering teams, program management, and external stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant test engineering experience; OR Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
