Job Description:
- The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical parts, modules, and subsystems that contribute to the design and performance of complex systems. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the electrical design process — from requirements definition and feasibility analysis through detailed design, prototyping, testing, and handoff to manufacturing.
- Circuit Design & Analysis
- + Analog + Digital circuit design (power supplies, signal conditioning, microcontroller interfaces). + Strong fundamentals: Ohm's law, filters, op-amps, timing circuits. + Ability to debug boards using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers.
Responsibilities:
- + Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems, including schematics, PCB layout guidance, Flex PCBA layout, and component selection + Design and develop electrical parts, modules, and subsystems supporting overall system architecture.
- OrCAD, PSpice
- , or similar for conceptual and detailed design. + Prepare detailed design documentation including schematics, drawings, and design review presentations. + Procure prototype components, perform system integration, and support prototype testing activities.
Experience:

- OrCAD
- + •PSpice•+ Ability to: + Design schematics from scratch + Run simulations (signal integrity, transient, worst-case analysis) •2.
- + Multi-layer PCB design (4, 6, 8+ layers) +
Knowledge of:
+ High-speed routing + Impedance control + Grounding & shielding techniques + Experience in design reviews & layout optimization- 3. DFX Capabilities
- + •DFM (Design for Manufacturing)•+ Designs optimized for •mass production•+ Understanding fabrication constraints, tolerances + •DFT (Design for Testability)•+ Test points, boundary scan, debugging ease + Experience with production testing setups + •DFA (Design for Assembly)•+ Component placement, assembly efficiency •4.
EMI / EMC
Compliance- + Practical exposure to: + EMI noise reduction techniques + Shielding, filtering, grounding + Experience with standards like: + CE, FCC, CISPR (even basic exposure counts) + Lab testing or pre-compliance debugging experience = big plus.
Skills:
- + PCB design + Embedded + Circuit Design + DFX Capabilities + EMI / EMC
Education:
- + Bachelor's degree.
