Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Hardware Engineer to join one of the world's leading technology companies. This will be part of the Reality Labs organization which brings people around the world through next generation Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality. The main function of a hardware engineer is to research, design, develop, test computer or computer-related equipment for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. A typical hardware engineer is responsible for the manufacture and installation of computer or computer-related equipment and components.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Define electrical characterization/validation methodologies for sensors, audio, camera subsystems by working with domain leads and partners Track and execute on detailed test plans for the PCB, modules, subsystems characterization to meet key deadlines and priority goals. Characterization coverage includes low speed signal interface (I2C, I2S, SPI, PDM...etc), I/O signals, high speed differential interface (MIPI, USB ...etc), sensors, microphones, cameras Develop automated test setups with SW scripting to implement module characterization/validation Own execution, interpretation, and reporting of results.
