Job Description Two closely related Project Engineer openings supporting the C2BMC program in Colorado Springs. Both positions support Regional Systems Engineering efforts focused on complex command-and-control systems, MBSE, interface development, Agile execution, and systems engineering lifecycle activities. One role supports the broader C2BMC Regional Systems Engineering Team, while the second is aligned specifically with NGMD (Next Generation Missile Defense) initiatives. Both require engineers who can lead early-phase systems engineering activities and translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Key qualifications include:- Requirements elicitation, decomposition, and concept development experience
- MBSE expertise, preferably using Cameo
- Experience developing ICDs, IDDs, and other system/interface documentation
- ground supporting complex command-and-control environments and Agile/Scrum teams
- Active Secret clearance and ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs Experience supporting Missile Defense, NGMD, Space Defense, Space Domain Awareness, or other mission-critical defense programs is highly desirable.
