Overview:
This is primarily a hardware-focused role with strong emphasis on PCB-level testing, debugging, and characterization. The position is heavily test-oriented (80-90%), with some involvement in design activities.Key Responsibilities:
Perform testing, automation, and measurement activities in a lab environment Handle PCB-level debugging and issue resolution (sustaining engineering) Conduct characterization and compliance testing, especially for high-speed signals Work hands-on with prototypes and PCB assemblies Support development and validation of power subsystems, including voltage regulators and high-efficiency designs Contribute to test development/automation frameworks Performs design and development engineering assignments related to hardware products and systems including development of new products or updates to existing products. Work may encompass one or more areas of engineering including electronic design, or other related fields. Duties may include research, evaluation, development, and application of new processes and methods into products. May be responsible for establishing and conducting testing routines, developing or executing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and documentation of work and results.Required Experience:
Strong background in circuit design (digital and/or analog fundamentals) Proven experience in PCB testing and debugging Exposure to high-speed signal testing and compliance standards Experience with power subsystem design is desirable SSD experience is a plus, but not mandatory 8-10 years of experience (compensation flexible based on experience) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, Master's degree preferred Why Kelly?
