Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Hardware Engineer in Longmont, CO 80501. The Hardware Engineer would be working for a Major Tech Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.
Hardware Engineer Highlights:
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8 hours/day
Pay Range:
$75-$85 Hourly based on experience
Hardware Engineer Responsibilities:
Perform design and development engineering assignments related to PCB hardware products and systems Develop new products and update existing products Conduct work across electronic design and other related engineering fields Perform schematic capture, circuit design, board bring-up, and hardware debugging activities Perform research, evaluation, development, and application of new processes and methods Establish and conduct hardware development testing and validation routines on new PCB designs Conduct prototype validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Develop and/or execute project plans, budgets, and schedules Document work processes, testing procedures, and engineering results
Hardware Engineer Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience Strong background in PCB-level electrical design and electronic hardware development Experience with schematic capture, circuit design, and board bring-up Experience with hardware development testing and design validation Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers Experience with PCB design tools such as Cadence, Allegro, Altium, OrCAD, or similar Experience with testing, validation, and product lifecycle processes Ability to manage projects, timelines, and technical documentation Must have a Master's or Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (Hard requirement)
Preferred Qualifications:
High-speed digital, analog, or mixed-signal design experience Signal integrity or power integrity experience Experience supporting prototype and pre-production hardware development
