Job Description Position Summary:
Serves as senior technical leader and working project manager for AI initiatives within the Intelligence Community, combining deep technical expertise with project management skills to deliver mission-critical AI capabilities. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI project delivery from concept to deployment
- Serve as technical liaison between engineering teams and IC stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Provide technical oversight and architectural guidance for complex AI systems
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to leadership
- Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks
- Ensure AI solutions meet mission requirements and performance objectives
- Drive innovation initiatives and emerging technology adoption
- Coordinate with multiple agencies and contractor teams
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph required
- Advanced degree in relevant technical field
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects in government/IC environments
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Deep understanding of IC mission requirements and operational constraints
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- AWS experience highly preferred but not required
- Military experience strongly preferred Nice to Have
- Space Force experience
- Northern command experience
