FPGA Engineer responsible for hardware and FPGA development using VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and related FPGA design tools. Job Requirements U.S. citizenship required Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field 10+ years of post-graduate hardware or FPGA engineering experience Experience with VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog Experience with FPGA design, development, integration, or verification Experience with hardware engineering concepts and embedded hardware systems Experience with Xilinx, SoC, RFSoC, MPSoC, multi-gigabit interfaces, Vivado, Vitis, UltraScale, Lattice, or related FPGA technologies Preferred Skills Active security clearance Experience with board design Experience with PCB layout Experience with schematic design Experience with embedded systems Experience with hardware and FPGA development for defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems Experience with Xilinx FPGA platforms Experience with RFSoC or MPSoC architectures Experience with high-speed or multi-gigabit hardware interfaces Job Responsibilities Design and develop FPGA-based hardware systems Develop FPGA logic using VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog Support FPGA design, simulation, synthesis, implementation, integration, and verification activities Work with Xilinx, RFSoC, MPSoC, UltraScale, Lattice, Vivado, Vitis, and related FPGA tools or platforms Support hardware design activities involving embedded systems, SoC-based designs, and high-speed interfaces Contribute to board-level design activities when applicable Support PCB layout and schematic design activities when applicable Troubleshoot FPGA, hardware, and embedded system issues during development and integration Support testing, debugging, and validation of FPGA-based hardware systems Create and maintain technical documentation related to FPGA design, hardware design, integration, and verification
