Job Overview Join our dynamic IT support team as an IT Deployment Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of deploying, configuring, and maintaining essential technology infrastructure across our organization. This role involves fulfilling requests for new equipment and managing equipment moves within the facility network. Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals Software/Hardware Refreshes, Imaging, deployment, Software installs, setup, and troubleshooting Windows systems & data migration Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Familiarity with account management through Active Directory and NTFS permissions Asset and ticket management systems including inventory tracking, imaging, and wiping assets Foundational understanding of computer networking and IP address Skills Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals; Software/Hardware Refreshes; Imaging; Software installs; Windows systems; Microsoft Office products; Active Directory; Asset management.
