Qualifications Microsoft Office Full Job Description Position Duties:
The Layout Engineer will be responsible for preparing layouts of automotive machining and assembly lines of various processes. Provide AutoCAD updates and changes to process Layouts. Perform field checks and document findings; creating equipment/plant layouts to reflect as built conditions. Lead weekly meetings to discuss open issues pertaining to the layouts. Work with various GM personnel to resolve layout issues and discuss required content. Ability to update layout on the fly during engineering meetings.
Skills and Experience Required:
3 years AutoCAD experience required. 3D CAD experience a plus. Manufacturing facility layout experience a plus. Microsoft Office
