Pay Estimated:

Responsibilities:

Perform requirements analysis and translate system needs into electrical designs Develop schematic capture and define routing and layout constraints Direct and review PCB/PWB layout and routing activities Design high-speed, high-density circuit cards incorporating embedded processors and/or FPGAs Support manufacturing, integration & test (I&T), and hardware qualification Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure designs meet technical and program expectations signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis to ensure robust hardware performance

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field

Experience:

5+ years of relevant electrical hardware design experience OR Master's degree plus 3+ years of related experience

Hardware Design Experience:

Circuit card design (CCD / CCA) for high-reliability systems Use of advanced materials, packaging techniques, and high-speed interfaces

Tools & Analysis:

Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition (schematic entry, constraint manager) HyperLynx Signal Integrity / Power Integrity analysis

Laboratory Skills:

Hands-on use of oscilloscopes, Ethernet/network testers, and related debug equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

End-to-end understanding of the hardware development lifecycle High-speed and high-density PCB design Designs incorporating fiber-optic interfaces Experience supporting manufacturing, qualification, and production transitions Ability to independently resolve complex electrical design challenges Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
