Hardware Systems Engineer Location:
Sentera, MN Duration:
12 months with possible extension Key Responsibilities Design mechanical components for Sentera sensors and hardware Plan and execute integration of hardware with new UAS platforms Maintain and enhance existing sensor integrations Conduct UAS flight testing and validation activities Design, fabricate, and document wire harnesses Develop and maintain engineering, production, and user documentation Provide Level 2 engineering support Perform hardware/software compatibility testing across sensors, UAS platforms, and third-party software Create and manage engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field At least 1 year of CAD experience (PTC Creo preferred) Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 3 months Strong mechanical aptitude and independent problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and communication skills Motivated team player with strong collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with UAS (drone) platforms Familiarity with Pixhawk autopilots (PX4 or Ardupilot) Knowledge of MAVLink communication protocol By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
