Job Description
This position is ideal for an Electrical Engineering professional who enjoys turning complex ideas into dependable, real-world products. As a PCB Design Engineer at Emerson, you will help create high-performance electronics that enable precise pressure and temperature measurement across a wide range of industries. You will work closely with other experienced engineers across disciplines and global locations, contributing your expertise to designs that move from early concept to full-scale manufacturing. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- + Lead and direct work related to PCB development involving schematic capture, component placement, routing, Gerber / ODB++ file creation, and documentation creation using Cadence Allegro toolset.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Minimum of three (3) years of related experience using electrical CAD software + Knowledge of analog/digital circuit theory and EMC/EMI in electronics + Knowledge of design for manufacturability, design for assembly and design for testability + Experience with schematic and layout tools + Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role •

Our compensation philosophy is simple:
we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
