Description and Requirements Lenovo's Quality team is looking for a Customer Experience Sampling (CXS) Engineer who's excited to shape the future of our PCs before they ever reach customers. If you love digging into new technology, uncovering hidden issues, and influencing products used by millions, this role puts you at the center of it all. As a CXS Engineer, you'll work hands‑on with pre‑release and newly launched hardware, pushing systems to their limits to find defects, usability gaps, and real‑world customer pain points. Your insights will directly guide global engineering teams and help elevate the end‑to‑end Lenovo experience. You'll build deep expertise across PC hardware, subsystems, Windows OS behavior, and drivers, while collaborating with teams around the world inside one of the most innovative technology companies on the planet.
Responsibilities:
System review, problem identification and reporting Collaborate with engineering teams for problem reproduction and debug Create polished PowerPoint presentations, visual summaries, and short videos that clearly communicate issues, insights, and recommendations to global teams Customer and market research
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
