Job Duties:
With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Test software, requirements and report defects to stakeholders and re-test resolved defects. Create and assist in creating test plans, generate test cases and test automation. Procure test data and set up required test beds. Test software releases by executing the assigned tests. Update test cases based on the discovered defects, update test automation based on the updated test cases and provide inputs to the team in order to improve the test process. Report work progress and problems faced to the Test Lead or Project Manager. Interact with clients to understand product requirements. Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems. Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess new products or software updates. Design and implement automated testing tools and update tools as needed to ensure currency and accuracy.
Job Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a Test Lead, Software Engineer, Test Engineer, Project Engineer, Software Developer, or related field. Required experience must include experience in Confluence, Jira, Selenium, Java web driver, Cypress, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Test Rail, Jenkins, Slack.
