End User Migration Technician

We are looking for an experienced End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting hardware installations, managing device configurations, and ensuring smooth transitions for end users. • Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and associated devices to meet user requirements.
• Perform cable installations and ensure proper connectivity across devices and networks.
• Set up and troubleshoot Dell and Apple devices, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with teams to execute migration tasks and resolve technical issues.
• Provide hands-on support for end users during hardware transitions and upgrades.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Test and verify system functionality after installations and repairs.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of hardware components.
• Adhere to company standards and protocols for device management and user support.
