End User Migration Technician

We are looking for an experienced End User Migration Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for hardware and software installations, ensuring seamless operations for end users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer hardware and associated technologies, paired with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and associated devices to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical assistance for Apple and Dell technologies, addressing user concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform cable installations and maintain proper connectivity for devices.
• Assist with hardware migration tasks, ensuring seamless transitions for end users.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and implement solutions to resolve hardware-related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective technical support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols during all technical operations.
• Educate end users on the proper use of hardware and software tools.
• Monitor and report on the status of hardware systems to ensure consistent performance.
