Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SDV Hardware Lead to drive Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives for our client, Komatsu. The ideal candidate will lead hardware architecture, platform evaluation, and system integration efforts, ensuring scalable and high-performance vehicle platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SDV hardware architecture development , including platform evaluation and selection. Drive integration of hardware components within SDV platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and systems engineering. Oversee High-Performance Computing (HPC) platforms and hardware lifecycle management. Design and optimize multi-core architectures and high-speed interfaces. Ensure robust power design, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance . Lead sensor selection and data aggregation strategies . Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies aligned with SDV roadmap. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in SDV concepts and hardware architecture . Hands-on experience with HPC systems and hardware lifecycle . Deep knowledge of multi-core processors and high-speed interfaces (Ethernet, PCIe, CAN, etc.). Experience in power design, thermal engineering, and EMI/EMC standards . Proven experience in sensor integration and aggregation . Strong system-level design and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, off-highway, or heavy equipment domains. Familiarity with AUTOSAR, Linux platforms, or middleware frameworks.
