You will work on cutting-edge technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and safety, contributing directly to the innovation and success of our aerospace products. You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. External hires will begin with 90 days on site before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule. In this role, you will impact the Aerospace (AERO) business unit by delivering high-quality hardware designs, testing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components into complex aerospace systems. Your expertise will help drive product development cycles and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
