You will play a critical role in leading and driving the hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the advancement of Honeywell's hardware systems by designing complex hardware architectures, performing rigorous testing and validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components seamlessly. Your expertise will help enhance product performance and reliability, supporting Honeywell's commitment to innovation and excellence.
