Familiarity with RF planning and link‑budget tools (Pathloss, ICS Telecom, EDX SignalPro). Solid project and program management skills (PMP / PRINCE2 a plus). Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills. Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet). Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German, French, or Dutch are strong advantages. Nice to Have Experience supporting low‑latency, high‑frequency trading, or financial‑services networks. Exposure to latency‑sensitive infrastructure, redundancy design, and performance optimization. Experience with fibre or dark‑fibre procurement alongside microwave. Existing relationships with European regulators, tower companies, or site‑access providers.
