00/hr What's the Job? Lead the design, development, and validation of complex, mixed‑signal electronic hardware systems that comply with Functional Safety requirements. Perform hardware safety analysis, including FMEDA and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), to ensure fault‑tolerant designs. Define safety requirements, hazard analysis, and risk assessments in accordance with industry standards such as
IEC 61508.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including firmware, systems, and reliability engineers, to deliver safety‑critical products. Support certification activities by working with regulatory and certification bodies to demonstrate compliance. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or related STEM degree) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years. Strong knowledge of Functional Safety standards and safety‑critical electronic system design. Proficiency in hardware safety analysis methods, including FMEDA and FTA. Hands‑on experience with EMC, thermal, and environmental testing for safety‑critical systems. Expertise in PCB design tools and simulation tools. What's in it for me?
