Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Staff Engineer, Hardware System Test for a leading industrial technology client. This role serves as the system-level testing authority, ensuring complex hardware products perform reliably as fully integrated systems. The engineer will define validation strategies, influence product quality early in the lifecycle, and collaborate closely across engineering and quality teams to support robust, high-performing product releases.

Day-to-Day:
Define and lead system-level hardware testing and validation strategies Develop test frameworks for integrated hardware, firmware, and software systems Create and maintain system integration test plans and coverage matrices Partner with QA, Firmware, Electronics, and Systems teams on validation Identify test gaps and implement risk mitigation strategies Lead system-level troubleshooting and defect resolution Mentor QA engineers and test technicians Track and report system-level quality metrics and KPIs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
