We are looking for a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional. This position will be based in either Peachtree Corners GA or Grand Prairie TX. •Relocation assistance may be available to qualified talent•This position plays a critical role in driving EHS culture, compliance, and performance across multiple manufacturing locations. The Corporate EHS Professional will partner closely with both corporate leadership and site EHS teams to develop, implement, and standardize programs aligned with
OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO
14001, and other regulatory and corporate requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership presence, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This role provides strategic guidance, hands‑on support, and tools to help Business Unit sites achieve Siemens' EHS goals and continuous improvement objectives. This position requires domestic and international national travel to support business unit manufacturing sites. You'll make a difference by: Leading and participating in cross‑functional teams to deliver Siemens' EHS goals and initiatives. Collaborating with Site EHS Managers and Corporate EHS teams to standardize, improve, and implement EHS programs. Partnering with site EHS and training teams to develop, update, and/or deliver EHS training programs (e.g., PPE, Emergency Response, Hazard Communication, NFPA 70E). Leading and/or facilitating EHS incident investigations, including root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, trend analysis, and regulatory/internal reporting. Supporting internal and external EHS audits, including compliance assessments and

certification activities. Maintaining strong working knowledge of applicable EHS regulations including RCRA, CWA, Industrial Pretreatment, SWPPP, SPCC, TSCA, TRI, Tier II, OSHA, and
NFPA 70E.
Monitoring changes to applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental and occupational safety regulations and assess business impacts. Serving as EHS liaison with regulatory agencies, legal counsel, and internal collaborators. Coordinating regulatory responses, documentation, and follow‑up actions. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience with the following: EHS experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership and influence without authority. Proven success leading cross‑functional EHS projects and initiatives. Working knowledge of
ISO 450001
2018 and
ISO 14001
2015 Environmental Management Systems. Strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, CWA, TSCA, EPA) and OSHA standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly self‑directed with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) as well as Tableau and/or Power BI. Ability to travel up to 50% within North America and Mexico Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
