Job Description:
Lead and continuously improve the plant's Health & Safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies. Conduct safety audits, facility inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations. Administer and support key safety programs including LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Respiratory Protection, and Hazard Communication. Deliver safety training, orientations, and weekly safety meetings for employees and contractors. Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, compliance documentation, and corrective action tracking. Support environmental compliance programs and coordinate with contractors, emergency responders, and regulatory agencies. Coach and mentor plant personnel on safety best practices while promoting a strong safety culture. #ENG1
